Refund Policy & Credit Guarantee

Our promise on credit accuracy and fair billing.

1. Credit Protection Guarantee

Eligible notifications reserve 2 credits per URL. Credits are charged only after provider acceptance, which is not indexing proof. Invalid, blocked, unsupported, already-observed, or canceled queued URLs release their reservations. The default verification window is 72 hours; an earlier campaign deadline ends monitoring sooner. If no confirmed Google observation is available by the end of the window, including inconclusive checks or provider outages, applicable credits are returned automatically on the next worker run. Monitoring currently costs 0 credits within fair-use limits. Credits never expire. Existing entitlements and more favorable prior commitments remain valid. Credit returns are not cash refunds.

2. Subscription & Credit Purchase Refunds

Unused credit packages or subscriptions canceled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund upon request if fewer than 10% of purchased credits have been consumed.
