Refund Policy & Credit Guarantee

Our promise on credit accuracy and fair billing.

1. Credit Protection Guarantee

If a submitted URL cannot be processed or fails discovery/indexing verification, your credit is automatically refunded (`REFUND` ledger transaction) to your account balance.

2. Subscription & Credit Purchase Refunds

Unused credit packages or subscriptions canceled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund upon request if fewer than 10% of purchased credits have been consumed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or dispute a credit deduction, email support@swiftindex.app with your account email and submission reference.
