By accessing or using SwiftIndex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SwiftIndex to submit malicious, illegal, phishing, malware, or illicit URLs. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these guidelines.

3. Credits & Service Delivery

Submissions consume indexing credits. Status updates represent submission and discovery checks. Guaranteed credit refunds apply for failed verification checks in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

SwiftIndex provides indexing tools on an as-is basis and does not control third-party search engine indexing algorithms or ranking positions.
